I didn’t have any cherry bitters, so I improvised.
2 oz bourbon (Wild Turkey 101)
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz amaro (Averna)
1/2 oz orgeat (Fee Bros.)
2 dashes chicory bitters (El Guapo)
3 cocktail cherries, muddled (Luxardo)
4 drops 20% saline
Add ingredients to cheater tin and muddle cherries. Shake with ice and double strain into a rocks glass over a large rock of ice and a picked Luxardo cherry.
