Call to action from the #SanFrancisco #lgbt people's budget tonight! Text FIGHT CUTS to 888-272-2848 to send the message that the millions in community health and services that #lurie is planning won't stand.
Seriously, look into it. These services have never been more necessary and the institutions are already deeply strained.
I canβt believe these idiots wanna take Prop I away from us. If you live in SF, please reach out to your Supervisor right now and let them know how you want to save it. #SFBA #SanFrancisco #Housing #Lurie

If San Francisco has to provide 82,000 new residential units, and 50% must be affordable, please explain to me, Mayor #Lurie, how this will happen under #SanFrancisco's inclusionary housing policies and state codes (state gives bonuses for 10% inclusionary; SF mandates are less than 30% inclusionary housing; 2016 Residential Nexus study suggests inclusionary housing at 30% at best meets induced demand for new BMR units)
"Such delays could deal a significant blow to San Franciscoβs housing goals: Under state mandates, The City has until 2031 to expand its housing stock by 82,000 new units, about half of which must be affordable dwellings set aside for low-income residents."
