Hiked through the slush to the near by recreational area, only to be chased away from the fire (that I just started) by a very confused and horny capercaillie (Metso, or the perferctly named "cock-of-the-woods").
That thing didn't care about anything, not the people around it, not the fire, not the smoke, not the noise. It was a bit freaky...
Once it closed in to a reaching distance I knew it was time to back out before things got nasty and violent. #LunchFail
Went to supermarket to buy some lunch for later.
Bought: a sparkly t-shirt, marker pens, fleece pyjama bottoms with pockets, and a water bottle to keep at uni so I am not carrying one back and forth with dodgy joints.
Did not buy: lunch. None of my "autopilot" options were in stock and after the third slow wander around I realised I needed to get out of the noise, lights, words etc.
