It's a few days after the event, but I'm just getting to tooting about it: I successfully guided the Realm-Lords to victory in the store's Ravaged Coast campaign!
My custom hero Aradora guided her Pilgrims of the Undying Flame through the Ravaged Coast and are one step closer to reviving the Ur-Phoenix.

Played a Path to Glory game of Age of Sigmar this afternoon and I can proudly say that my Lumineth were able to survive against the might of the Ruination Chamber. Having a Krondspine in my back pocket certainly helped, but Stormcast are really hard to shift when you only have Rend 1 Damage 1 and they ignore your spells.

The Mountain Cow is a surprisingly large model for something on a 100mm base. Honestly, with its wide power stance it would look just fine on a 110 or 120mm base. Either way: don't grab this bull by the horns.

Working from home today, so I was able to sneak in some painting time during lunch. "Red" is coming along nicely, she's going to be much faster to paint than "Big B" because I already have the color scheme picked out.

Other than the jewel-gloss technical paints, the mount is done! On to "Red" the rider of "Big B" the wolf.

Completely skipped posting the priming step and I've jumped into painting. I'm kind of skipping around on this model instead of doing all base colors, all layers, etc.. Instead, I got the fur to where I liked it because I knew there would be a lot of drybrushing involved and now I've moved on to base colors for the rest. I'm stopping here for the night, but I'm happy with the progress.

Green-stuff work is done, and I think if I do more gribblies I'll overload the model, so I think we're calling this character done. On to painting to get ready for the local GW's Ravaged Coast campaign starting in a few weeks!

'Red' now has a head! I used the head from a spare Cathallar to give the Path to Glory hero I'm working on something to think about. I plan to repose the staff a bit, just a small rotation, but I think it'll make the hanging rings less gravity defying. After this all dries it'll be a small amount of green stuff clean-up and then off to priming.

Given that I don't sculpt with green stuff that option, I'm calling this a passable attempt at increasing the volume of the mane to blend the pieces together.

My current Lumineth project is readying a kitbash/conversion for Path to Glory. My buddy is doing a "Three Little Pigs" Ironjawz list, so here's "The Big Bad Wolf", who will serve as the mount for "Red Riding Hood".
I still have lots of Green Stuff work to do, but it's coming together faster than I thought it would.
