Yep, we are sleeping in a parking lot again

We are sleeping in a rest area on the Coquihalla Highway tonight with some transport trucks, another RV, and an SUV.

It is so hot down here in BC! We saw 35C while driving through Kelowna!

But it is cool and breezy up here in the hills and it smells like pine trees. Perfect for sleeping. And all the trucks stopped idling. Bonus!

Visiting Linda and Geoff near Lumby

Hank had a restless night. Was the dinette (converted into a bed) too hard? Was it skipping a walk today? Dunno.

But his leg is a bit better. It looks a bit stiff at times and a bit limpy but not like it is moving completely wrong like yesterday.

Today we drove through Kamloops and Vernon to get to the Lumby area.

It is HOT here ( hot for us anyway). Around 30C.

All the fields have water sprinklers on, even on corn. Everything that isn’t getting watered is dry, dead, or desert […]
