In January 2020, these crocheted panels by me were part of an installation outside Laband Art Gallery at Loyola Marymount University, curated by Yarnbombing Los Angeles, in connection with a conference of ethics and technology. The spiky cogs are made with CDs and foil tape, and they can turn like wheels. The hand shapes are made from felted cashmere. Most of the yarn here is second-hand or remainder-shop acrylics in loud variegated colors. #crochet #YarnbombingLA #LoyolaMarymount #LabandArtGallery
