I had posted these photos to Instagram and even though #LoveOfMyLife isn't a regular Insta user and she doesn't follow me there, she saw it while she was on holidays in Turkey.
Her reaction? "I saw the new shoes you tried, do you like them? They look great."
Also, she bought a pair of high-heel shoes for herself in Antalya – the highest heels I've seen on her; she says that they are also super comfortable and good to wear.
Maybe I can wear my new high heel shoes when we go out together 🥰

#LoveOfMyLife 's favorite singer was, and still is, Prince. She says Prince was amazing, could play all kinds of instruments, and was one of a kind.
Based on some interviews I saw with Prince, also one where they were asked about their gender (their answer: "I am neither a man nor a woman, I am me!"), today I would call Prince a non-binary person, completely outside of the gender binary. I'm pretty sure that also played a role in why #LoveOfMyLife loved/loves Prince so much.
And throughout our journey together, #LoveOfMyLife was always more attracted to people who are gender non-conforming-presenting, rather than binary-gendered people.
No wonder I knew the second(!) I met her that she is the woman I want to spend the rest of my life with.

#LoveOfMyLife When I met her the first time ever, she came late to a meeting and the first thing she said was “does anybody have 1 Deutschmark [for parking]?”. When she asked that question and I looked at her, I knew immediately: “This is the person I want to spend the rest of my life with!” Six months later we were married (on a Friday 13th) and are still happily married - 28 years later, after so many ups and downs and changes in our life (e.g. my egg cracking). 28 years and still counting…
Just to confirm @LevelUp 's "expectation", I am again at the Isar, sinbathing. Every now and then there are a few raindrops falling, but overall it is really hot here.

Just saw in #LoveOfMyLife 's calendar (we share each other's calendar) that she is arriving at 1800hrs tomorrow. This means I can spend the whole day tomorrow at the Isar and leave at 1700hrs to pick her up at the airport.
Yay!!
#LoveOfMyLife took one of my red dresses and my black bikini for vacation.
Her argument: "you know I hate shopping, I am glad I don't have to anymore..." 😳
But the dress-and-bikini-thing is huge. This was the "last line not crossed", now none of my clothing items are safe from her anymore (except shoes, where there is a size difference and it is huge)
Home sweet home ... and it will become even sweeter when #LoveOfMyLife returns from her vacation in Saturday 🥹
#LoveOfMyLife keeps sending me photos of beautiful locations, amazing beaches, crystal clear waters and tons of cats from her summer vacation together with her mom and sister in southern Turkey.
The weeks leading up to her vacation were a bit challenging between the two of us, but it seems her vacation is doing her really good.
She'll be back on Saturday which is why I neither can go to the Lesbian Street Festival nor to "Beat Silence Beat - A Dance Theater" as I am assuming we will be quite busy on Saturday 😇
