When the #moon took a lover in posh Belgravia, she loved to talk with him all night long.
The neighbours hated it - all 'statutory nuisance' this and 'unreasonably and substantially interfere with the use or enjoyment' that.
"Ahhh, but you see" said he "Ancient lights."
