J'ai des sentiments mitigés à la fin de ce drama. Love Is for Suckers choisit de nous montrer les coulisses de la télé-réalité et au début, ça fonctionne bien avec au menu : casting calculateur, montages vidéos qui tronquent la réalité, manipulation des candidats et événements imprévus, la productrice principale jouant ce rôle de garce chaotique qui brinquebale ce petit monde. Mais tout finit par s'essouffler.
La romance "friendstolover" au début palpitante perd petit à petit de sa magie initiale. Seule la romance secondaire tardive garde au drama un peu de charme amoureux.

I watched for the leads but this BFF to lovers story fell a bit flat. The acting was good, but too much time was spent with the leads doubting & hating themselves.

Best friends live on different floors of the same house & have supported each other through the good & the bad but have remained platonic. Things start to shift just as the FL is put in charge of a dating reality show & calls upon her friend to be a cast member.

Still might be worth a watch for one of the reality show couples. The development of their relationship was so sweet. The 2nd FL's story needed more screen time & more info about her life - she was great. I also enjoyed the lesson at the end about how life is not one happy ending. It's a series of endings, some happy, some not, but we learn & grow from them all.

I am really digging #LoveIsForSuckers. I liked the beginning fine but I am having so much more fun now that they’ve gotten to the making of the dating show!

The discussion on how to do the product placement in the show within the show leading to the product placement in the actual show was so meta I loved it. #kdrama
