While I own a few on DVD, I 'm not a fan of farcical comedies.

So, I've never watched the original #NakedGun & never plan to watch the remake either.

The quick release of theatrical flops like the remake of Naked Gun for streaming is becoming quite common.

I recently took a brief look at #LoveHurts ("starring" Ke Huy Quan) which was likewide quickly released for streaming on #PrimeVideo.

Unfortunately, it was yet another farce that I thought was idiotic & simply not worth my time to watch.🤷

I'm so so happy! I almost burtst into tears when my #sister called that our #mother got a permanent room from the place where our #dad lives. This week she got a permanent room from a place where she is now, but its far away from where our dad is. This really made my day! I'm so thankful! I've driven 996 kilometers in three days. I took my #mother to a nursing home for acute care #yesterday. My mother was happy to go with me, but she didn't want to stay. I felt guilty, but now I know she is safe. This place is in Lappeenranta (78 km from the place where my father is). My #mother woke up last night and went out. The alarm system in her door didn't work. She fell into the ditch and couldn't get up. When she was found in the morning, her body temperature was only 32 C (89,6 F). The temperature at night was only +3 C (37,4 F) and it was raining.
