The 44-year-old pop star – her representative told AP – voluntarily admitted herself to the facility. On March 5th, agents from the California Highway Patrol received a report of a BMW traveling at high speed and erratically on US 101 in Ventura County, near the border with Los Angeles County.

"The Los Angeles County Waterworks District No. 29 (LACWD) and the State Water Resources Control Board are advising customers to use boiled tap water or bottled water for drinking and cooking purposes as a safety precaution to avoid stomach or intestinal illness.

On April 3, 2026, LACWD discovered a tank (Lower Busch Tank) was not secured and out of an abundance of caution, we are testing the water. Although LACWD has no confirmation of contamination, the integrity of the water system may have been compromised.

The affected area includes customers within the following areas:
• Busch Drive and Cuthbert Road
• Philips Avenue and Sea View Drive

LACWD will inform you when tests show that water is safe to drink and you no longer need to boil your water. They are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
