#IACHR takes measures to defend indigenous in voluntary isolation #Peru #Indigene #Menschenrechte
The Inter-American Commission of Human Rights (IACHR), an agency of the Organization of American States (OAS), has approved a ruling intended to protect the rights of Kakataibo indigenous in voluntary isolation. It awarded cautionary measures in benefit of the members of the Kakataibo in the Indigenous Reserve, which extends over the #Ucayali, #Huánuco and #Loreto regions.

La comunidad Nueva Jerusalén, ubicada en el Lote 192, en #Loreto, enfrenta 18 emergencias ambientales por derrames de petróleo sin ser atendidas, a pesar de que varias de estas datan de 2020.

Soto is a Peruvian environmental engineer, entrepreneur, chef and beauty king. He is an alumnus of the Universidad Científica del Perú in Iquitos.
