Korruption ist nicht auf einzelne Bundesländer begrenzt.
Einer der größten Skandale im Nachkriegsdeutschland fand in #Wuppertal statt.

Wieder mal ein Fall für #LordActon, "Macht korrumpiert.."*
Es muss einfach ein regelmäßiger Wechsel stattfinden...
