Kalle@krokofant in #Island hab ich mir mal einen handgemachten #Lopapeysa direkt von der Strickerin gekauft. Erstmal schluckt man bei dem Preis (etwa dieselbe Größenordnung), wenn man jedoch bedenkt, wie lange an diesem Pulli in ausschließlicher Handarbeit gestrickt wurde und wieviel der nicht gerade günstigen Islandwolle da drin steckt - war er am Ende spottbillig. Und auch der hält bei guter Behandlung für immer.
Danke jedenfalls für den guten Tipp, der Werksverkauf bekommt mal nen Kartenpin! :)

@knitting 7 weeks from cast on to ready for finishing. Still need to graft the underarm seam, weave in the ends, block, and steek the opening.
I've really come to love making stranded colorwork. This is number 4 since March.
I did it! Successfully steeked a #StrandedColorwork sweater! (With some help from a friend who is an experienced knitter)
Now for the finishing work to get the zipper attached!
