I'm 18 and a proud cat dad!

I'm emo, one of my favorite bands is my chemical romance (Yes, I know. Pretty basic for an emo guy, right?) and I'm HIGHLY obsessed with them! Anyone in the Morris County area in New Jersey wanna meet up and hang out? I am desperately looking for friends, and I dunno how to do it without the use of the internet to help me look.

I am looking for people who are willing to help teach me how to woman, but if you want someone who is more than happy to watch anime, star trek, or video game let's plays with you then hit me up. I am also more than happy to go thrift store shopping with you.

I just need friends.. I am so alone, and have been most of my life.. I can really use someone IN PERSON to help alleviate a lot of my isolation and loneliness.

Is there a popular 'finding people' hashtag? The federated/local timelines here are useless—within 10 mins, you'll see something you'll regret (hence why I turned on image warnings).

I really don't get how you're supposed to engage with the platform when it's so... chaotic...
