More from Scotland. Photos 1 to 4 were taken on a little walk along Loch Tay. Picture 5 is the Black Watch memorial in Aberfeldy, snowdrops by the river Tay.

Picture 7 is our transport parked on Aberfeldy high street as we had breakfast.

Picture 8 is on the A85 just after the A827 junction as we headed down to a lunch stop on Comrie.

There is so much to see, we will be back there next year in January or February.

The Tarmachan Ridge today, taking on Munro no. 85, Meall nan Tarmachan. Few showers here and there but never got soaked and tops clear. Fantastic wee ridge. The slightly less common horseshoe route, approaching from the north.

The Lochs around here all seems to have two roads. The main road around one side and a single track farm job around the other. They make great cycle ways :-) #lochtay #scotland

The recreated crannog on Loch Tay, at the amazing Scottish Crannog Centre near Kenmore in Perthshire. It has since been sadly destroyed but has been replaced nearby. This is a type of dwelling that 2,500 years ago would have been a common sight across Scotland and Ireland.
