The ruins of Strome Castle, built in the 1400s to stand guard over the mouth of Loch Carron. Until 1970, when a new road was completed along the far, south-east, shore of the loch, it overlooked the terminus of the ferry to Stromeferry. Ruins of the old #Lochcarron church in the Scottish Highlands, erected in 1751 and abandoned c 1845 when a modern church was built. It's surrounded by old graves. It's got a creepy vibe to it which was kind of the draw.
