"Carl's Brew" is an English Pale Ale brewed with locally produced #SomerValleyBrewing pale malt with a bit of Vienna and Crystal, hopped with Admiral and Cascade.

Really looking forward to getting this on soon at both Wells Road and The Draper's on Gloucester Road.

Using Styrian Goldings and East Kent Goldings hops, plus Norwegian Kveik yeast to enhance the flavours (and speed up the brewing process) we've already gone through one cask in a week!
