Sanders, Scott, Hayes, and Casar have filed a bill to raise the minimum wage to $17/hour by 2030.

Right now, workers are trapped in poverty wages — this bill would lift pay nationwide and give workers the power they deserve. But by 2030, a $17 minimum wage will seem paltry, especially considering what appears to be an impending recession.

No one should work full time and still live in poverty.
