在纠结了非常久 以及和环保问题做斗争的过程中 我还是决定喝瓶装水 这是有效的 如果有其他方法我会替换掉这个
只要需要其他的容器来盛装水 就无法避免需要清理的这个过程 只要添加一个程序就有可能会不去处理 状态好的时候做得到 不代表状态差的时候能做到
最好是买440ml左右的瓶装水 而不是1liter 因为浪费也是一个大问题
然后在喝含咖啡因的饮料上 我花了重大的决定 就是不喝任何含咖啡因的饮料
替代的饮料有:不含咖啡因的葡萄味汽水;IF牌的椰水「这个很棒 还能降低brain inflammation」
