Meine Firewall #LittleSnitch hat heute Morgen ordentlich Adrenalin produziert bei mir. 😠
Nach dem Update auf MacOS Tahoe hat sie zwar gesagt, dass sie nicht mehr kompatibel ist, aber trotz Deaktivierung alle (!) Netzwerkverbindungen blockiert.

Hab‘s jetzt wieder. Heieiei, das hat Löffel gekostet.

I installed OpenSnitch https://github.com/evilsocket/opensnitch?tab=readme-ov-file (h/t to @Viss for finding it!), which is a Linux app like the Mac's awesome Little Snitch.

This is a *great* thing for keeping an eye on out-bound network connections so you can block anything unexpected. You'll know right away if something calls home; telemetry, advertising crap, malware, etc.

Initial setup is painful though due to the zillion notifications from whatever you're already using. Worth it though!

#PSA: Opened up my #Mac to an alert that my #LittleSnitch is an expired test version. Reinstalling the 6.2.3 release and updating gets me the same nightly.
So if you’ve got a Mac that is getting pre-releases of LS, you probably want to backrev it to the 6.2.3 release.
