I have just updated my CyberHack GTK theme (which includes GTK2, GTK3, xfwm4, emerald, qtcurve, plasma color scheme and qt5ct color scheme). It also includes a non-really-matching metacity theme (the one created with oomox for also generating gtk2 theme).
No GTK4 support yet, though, it's not very straightforward, although I have attempted it with another theme of mine, pho-earth-adaptive (you can search it in pling.com / gnome-look.org)
