Some people need to hear this and it's getting really frustrating.
Chester Bennington was not your friend, you don't know him, you never did, he was just a singer you loved and can't get over your parasocial attachment to. Please, for the love of everything, move the fuck on and let the band do so as well. I'm so tired of seeing all of you motherfuckers bring up Chester in every comment section of anything related to this band.
Just seen a video of live show where the band is getting emotional during a song and people in the comments are like: "Damn, they were during that song" and someone answered "Probably thinking about Chester" and it's like... shut the fuck up, you don't know these people.
This band wasn't just Chester Bennington, it was Mike Shinoda, it was Brad Delson, it was Joe Hahn, it was Dave Farrell, it was Rob Bourdon. And it still is, with the exception of Rob, who's moved on to other things.
I'm not saying that we need to forget about him, not at all. And the legacy that this man left behind is still there, it hasn't gone away and it won't. But oh my god, please move on, these people are their own beings as well, stop trying to make everything about their dead friend! Seriously, it's genuinely fucked up.
The levels of parasociability on display is fucking scary. It's in EVERY comment section about anything Linkin Park has been putting out.
Chester's passing was tragic and it hurt the fuck out of me as well, but, people: THAT WAS NINE YEARS AGO! They made a massive concert honoring him, Mike Shinoda made an entire album about his grief, and now the band is back. The band moved on. You should too.
OH AND ONE LAST THING!
If you're one of those people that took the songs from the last album "From Zero", and replaced Emily Armstrong with an AI version of Chester? You are fucking dead to me.

Linkin Park demostraron que son unha gran banda, con un rock potente e forte.
Á banda gústalles tocar xuntas e gozan da música. E iso mola mogollón pola enerxía que nos transmitiron facéndonos gozar dunha noite vibrante.

"No Roads Left" is a song a ton of Linkin Park fan just don't know about. Minutes to Midnight best song isn't even on the fucking album for the vast majority of people know and/or own! "Across The Line" and "QWERTY" are awesome too and while the latter is better known thanks to it being played live sometimes and the "Papercuts" greatest hit release, it's not the case for the other one.
I think of all the songs that are officially released that people don't know about, "Blackbirds" might be the lesser known of all of these. This song is such a mess to find on YouTube that most of the versions you'll find are the wrong one! The one I linked is the right one, btw. It's not even on their official channel!
It's all from that era of iTunes exclusive songs and other shit like that. Bad era for music releases.
