What a great venue The Regal in Tenbury Wells is. A 1937 vintage cinema/theatre!
We've managed to see the group Lindisfarne there, TWICE this year!
Still sounding wonderful after all those years.

In October I did a pilgrimage to Alan Hull's memorial plaque in front of City Hall in #Newcastle. Alan Hull was the primary songwriter in the band #Lindisfarne. Unfortunately he passed away at the age of fifty. He has been dead now for thirty years. I have never had the chance to see him play. In my opinion he's one of the best songwriters of all time, and a humanist at heart.
