The head of Seattle's OIG police accountability office, Lisa Judge, has been caught stealing over $20k from her office's budget. These are the "good" cops folks and THIS is what they are doing.

Certainly makes me curious about the relationship between cops and the parking lot owner+operator.

When you talk to the tow company, they say that the cops reported it stolen and that's why it was towed. BUT here's the thing, there's no such report.

The tow company then has a rule of no working on cars in the lot so they offer to tow it somewhere for a fee. OR I can pay the impound fees and GIVE them the car title for free. 🙄

Is it just me or is the tow company getting a free car here and not really having to show much proof of the theft in the first place?
