I recently learned that Slug Moth caterpillars fluoresce under UV. I've never done any UV photography but thought I would give it a try. I don't have a real stable set up and my shutter release remote needs a new battery, but this is what I ended up with. I find it interesting that the area around its head doesn't glow.

This video is a little better. I clearly have a lot of learning to do yet though. My lighting is better, but it isn't great. Here the slug moth is moving at high magnification sped up 3x.
An unknown moth friend munching on a very toxic leaf from a tree called Fish Poison as they use the fruits to stun fish in stream or lagoons.
