Alright, I'll say it.
The Lilley ads show the company sees chronically ill patients as real human beings better than 95% of doctors responsible for actually treating us.
I've been won over: doctors need to start taking cues from pharmaceutical companies on how to treat us as patients rather than customers.
Bleak.
