This ended up bein way more interesting a story than we thought. Very slow burn, but the mysteries were great.

I did call the murderer very early on. They had a clue slip early, and then the game became "was I right?" I may have scared a cat yelling that I was right when the murderer was confirmed.

They matched the younger versions of the friends very well to the adult actors. The kid playing young Baek Du was eerily good.

Even Partner enjoyed this one, which is surprising given the amount of romanve throughout.

The police officer is explaining that someone must be letting Snowball off her leash for her to keep getting away so cleanly.

About 15 years ago we had a dog named Sami. Her breed was only known by her parents. She was very high energy and smart as a whip. She was a first class escape artist. She could get off of any leash.

We bought this special one, guaranteed escape proof. Super expensive. 20 minutes later she was off it. It happened again and again. We tried to get our money back. They refused.

We put it on her again and filmed it.

The latch was spring loaded, with a pin you pulled down to open. She would get down on her front knees and push the collar against the ground til it sprung. Voila, one unleashed hound.

We got our money back very fast.

Started #LikeFlowersInSand with partner yesterday, and he isn't so keen (but willing to give it 4 eps, because #kdrama). Today we are starting #ProBono . Hopefully not a second slow start.

After #cdrama that he has really enjoyed ( #JoyOfLife , #WhispersOfFate , #DuolouContinent ) I feel I have a lot to try and make up for on the Korean front.

Because Spouse and I finished watching (rewatch for me) the #cdrama #JoyOfLife and the western show #WelcomeToWrexham, we needed a new show to watch. I gave him two options: the #kdrama #LikeFlowersInSand and the cdrama #WhoRulesTheWorld. We watched one episode of each.

He was disappointed by the 1st ep of LFIS, but now is fully invested (we watched 2-5 last night). It is quiet but full of heart. And mysteries. And small town sports culture. And childhood to adulthood friendship changes.
