Tourists will flock to have selfies in front of it, and ruminate about the tortured, Bohemian geniuses who conceived of such an impossibly complex, infinitely expensive project that never ends. And marvel at the locals who think this is 'normal'.

SCARBOROUGH, Maine — "Greater Portland Metro says it is launching a new bus service connecting Scarborough and Portland along Route 1.
"The service is expected to run seven days a week and provide access to medical facilities, shopping, and regional employment centers. Exact stops and schedules are still being finalized, according to a news release.
"The Maine Turnpike Authority approved $3.5 million over five years to support the project.
"Scarborough Town Manager Thomas Hall said the route supports the town's transportation goals and could help reduce traffic.
"Public meetings will be scheduled to allow residents to provide feedback, the release stated. A survey is also available here.
"Greater Portland Metro serves Portland, South Portland, Westbrook, Falmouth, Yarmouth, Freeport, Brunswick, Gorham, Scarborough, and Bath."
