Manchester, 2006: Nachdem Detective Chief Inspector Sam Tyler bei einem heiklen Einsatz einen Autounfall erlitten und das Bewusstsein verloren hat, wacht er plötzlich im Jahr 1973 wieder auf. Meine sehr verehrten Damen & Herren, liebe Tröties,

ich habe das unzweifelhafte Vergnügen euch darüber zu informieren, dass
"Ashes to Ashes" in der #ARTEMediathek seit heute Nacht, also alle Folgen, abgerufen werden kann.
Der geistige Nachfolger von "Life on Mars" widmet sich in 3x8 Folgen den Krimi-Mystery Geschicken einer Polizistin, die ins Koma fällt und im Großbritannien der 80er Jahre erwacht, mit allen seinen technischen wie auch menschlichen Rückständigkeiten.

Bin durch @mediathekperlen auf die großartige Serie Life on mars aufmerksam geworden, die ich seinerzeit in einem Rutsch angeschaut habe. Umso mehr freue ich mich auf die "Fortsetzung" von Ashes to ashes ab 07.05. bei Arte.
