Bah. #LidlUK seem to have totally enshittified #LidlPlus now. Looks like no more regular discounts, prizes, 50% off or occasional free things, just 1 pathetically stingy point per £1 to have to save up to redeem for items. So you basically have to spend at least ~£70 to get anything at all. Rubbish! 😠

You know you (are lucky enough to) live in a #15MinuteNeighbourhood when your shopping trips are definitely “little and often” and you can fairly easily just carry your shopping home with you (on foot or by bike or by public transport). 🎒💚🙂#sustainability #urbanism #Lidl #LidlUK

Good and bad from #LidlUK.

The good:
@HarrietMaker has new toys! An SDS masonry drill, and a 9" angle grinder. They are keyrings but scale nicely (unlike the drill and chainsaw options).
It must be her birthday at some point soon.

The bad:
Lidl has changed the ingredients in their Snaktastic 'Pringles'. The new stock is made from wheat so my favourite crisp snack is no more. I bought every old stock tube I could find in the two local stores.
At least they made the new tubes all card, without the plastic lid, so I noticed they had changed.

I remember a tiny chainsaw conversation I had a while back with a few folks in Wales.
I won't link to you all as you'll get all the notifications.

Lidl UK have the same tiny chainsaw in stock from tomorrow, again, If it is anything like the one I bought last time, it is a really great little saw.

I use it far more than I do my larger DeWalt chainsaw, as it feels quicker to use and to cut, possibly due to a narrow chain and higher chain speed.

No link to the website as they only become dead links after a week.
