Uhurufastmail + hotmail + libero, you keep sending abuse reports to an ISP for an opt-in newsletter message, with unsubscribe link, received by one of your users .. oh come on, fix your filters... there's an unsubscribe link in message body AND header.. read that and filter correctly!
we can't shut legit users, just because one of your users accidentally pressed "spam", instead of unsub link.
maybe with all those analytics bs you're using, you should be able to track all these false positives... (and your outgoing spam perhaps...., looking at you hotmail...)
and anyway, you keep ignoring abuse reports from smaller providers, guess what, we'll be ignoring yours.. (as long as we can fucking monopolies...)
