We anticipated this horrific & destructive ruling — one that empowers extremists to try to erase our existence — so I introduced a new bill to take an alternative approach to protecting LGBTQ people from conversion therapy. Senate Bill 934 gives people far longer to file malpractice claims against people who try to “convert” them to be straight or cisgender & makes it easier to recover damages.
