Respond to the National Planning Policy Framework consultation

Steady State Manchester
I've just asked a Peer to support @Shelter's #BuildSocialHousing amendments to the #LevellingUpBill in the House of Lords. I have used this page to apply some #PeerPressure, you can too here: https://campaigns.shelter.org.uk/peer-pressure-post-build-social-housing?refsid=564793&utm_source=twitter_share&utm_campaign=%5B335%5D&utm_medium=share
Peer Pressure by Post: Build Social Housing

Ask the Lords to support our amendments We want to change the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill so councils and developers build more social homes. To do that, we need you – again! Last month, over 4,000 Shelter supporters emailed Lords and asked them to put social housing at the heart of this Bill. It worked. A third of peers who spoke in the debate mentioned the need for more social housing. This wouldn’t have happened without Shelter supporter like you contacting them. Now we need Lords to support our amendments. The bill is at Committee Stage (when they can debate and change the bill).
