I’m so fed up with the letting agents. There’s a new app we’ve been told to use to report maintenance etc. Everytime I use it, there’s nothing to show me that it’s been seen, just an acknowledgement that they have at least seen it would be good.

So I ring, they don’t answer, or if they do they take details then say the issue has been dealt with (on the app) but nothing has been done about the problems.

Been ringing letting agents since 9am, no one was picking up, e mailed and messaged multiple times on their app. So I text my landlady and asked if she had any suggestion. 5 mins later she text back, she had spoken to someone and they will be in touch and get a plumber out today.

10 mins later, plumber rang to ask if I would be in and is coming this afternoon. Fingers crossed he can fix, or at least put water back on.
