K'Andre Miller, acquired by CAR, is a top four two-way defender with superb mobility. Has a long reach defensively but can get caught chasing or drifting out of position, exposing lanes to the net. A solid passer and puck carrier in transition and the offensive zone. #LetsGoCanes

Here are Miller's microstats from the 2024-25 season. You'd think given his mobility and reach that rush defence would be a major strength but it was his biggest weakness this past season. Lots to work with here though. #LetsGoCanes

Can't be bothered with #DhanPlaysKhazan tonight, so I'm going to spend the evening playing on my Steamdeck whilst watching the #CanesVDevils #NHLPlayoffs game.

Don't love the Hurricanes...but I've got money on them making the conference final so...#LetsGoCanes I guess.

Taylor Hall, acquired by CAR, is a veteran playmaking winger. Uses his speed to create offence. Prolific but not flashy passer, underrated forechecker, not the best finishing touch. #LetsGoCanes
