@wlukewindsor @ChrisMayLA6 Perhaps one (sad) point of agreement might be that SHU management, the insurers and ourselves lack any great confidence that our (civil) courts would defend the principle of academic freedom, rather than falling to the side who can pay most for lawyers?
I'm glad of companies like #LeighDay who seem to take many cases based on principle, not just profits. I've watched LeighDay over many years since meeting Martyn in Blackheath Ward Labour Party in the 80s.
