Die Gesundheitskommission will die Cannabispolitik neu ausrichten. Die öffentliche Gesundheit und der Jugendschutz sollen dabei im Mittelpunkt stehen. Erwachsene sollen legal Zugang zu Cannabis erhalten. Anbau, Herstellung und Verkauf seien klar zu regeln.
In #England wird das mit dem Besitz von #Cannabis sehr streng gehandhabt. Es gibt keine geringen Mengen wie bei uns früher. Selbst Eigenbedarf wird nicht toleriert. Hast du nur 1g dabei bist du schon in den Fängen des Systems. Trotzdem wird in England viel Cannabis konsumiert. Man bekommt es an jeder Ecke. Der Schwarzmarkt blüht. Aber anstatt von anderen Ländern zu lernen glaubt man in England immer noch an den Erfolg der #Prohibition. 🤦🏻♂️
