I would think that #UnaChinRiley now has a case for #LegalMalpractice against #NeeraKetoul after the admission that she was advocating a cause rather than the interests of her client.

The Ohio state Supreme Court has left standing a $32 million verdict against Dentons for legal malpractice arising from a conflict of interest. Dentons tried to argue that its verein ownership structure meant there was no conflict. Given the facts of the case, I agree with the ruling of the court below, which is the one the Ohio high court has left in place.
