Facing a day of cooking, but trying to keep the menu casual for supper. Several items required, but not much is time sensitive.
Making some tabbouleh, a roasted veg tray-bake with chicken and halloumi, and thawing some baba ghanouj made earlier.
Haha! Hadn't thought how influenced by Lebanese/mideast food our supper was shaping up to be until I write it down! The local food landscape is reflected in our regular diet, and it's pretty great.
