I have always thought of minor scale as WHWWHWW, but today while watching this YouTube video I just realized all one need to do is to take 3rd, 6th and 7th a half step flat!

There is nothing wrong with the classic method, but this would have saved me a lot of time when I was trying to use pen and paper for learning major and minor scales.

Had a super productive week: finally submitted 5 puzzles to a podcast I listen to. First time I’ve ever sent anything in, excited to see if they get featured.
