Malaysia Airports wish to inform that Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (#CAAM) has issued a notice for temporary closure of the #runway at #Lawas #STOLport (#LWY).

The heavy rain last night had caused a flash #flood at the runway. Glad to share that the water level has receded and cleaning works are underway.

The #terminal however is unaffected and remains open. To those in Lawas, stay safe!
