@universiteitleiden #mauritsberger Israel: bully of the region ? 😡 You may think that the retaliatory action in #gaza is too ruthless, that israel itself is violating the #lawofwar.
Still, the israeli army does not attack gaza or #iran in order to cold-bloodedly slaughter as many civilians as possible. Shouldn't one look at the intentions of both sides, rather than making a spreadsheet with the number of casualties ? Wouldn't hamas wipe all of israel off the face of the earth if they could ?
