Discarded 3.3l/2kg #NitrousOxide canister, on my own street in #Courbevoie. Still no one at town hall or in any police force will acknowledge my reports: we encounter almost dally evidence that consumption of neurologically damaging #LaughingGas is increasing.

Even the super-posh 16th Arrondissement of #Paris isn't immune to the #LaughingGas epidemic. Stumbling upon a discarded #NitrousOxide canister at the angle of Rue Raffet and Boulevard de Montmorency surprised me. Well, at least it isn't cocaine - more popular in that neighbourhood.
#NitrousOxide by night in #Neuilly-Sur-Seine ... Even the wealthiest municipality in France isn't immune to the #LaughingGas epidemic.
Typical Sunday sight in #Colombes - Saturday night was particularly stupid: this is 4 kg of #NitrousOxide. With such monstrous quantity, it has to be a retail location - #LaughingGas sold by the balloon. As usual, police is blind to the neurological abuse.
