So I got pulled in. It can't be helped. Today the back was devoid of a few boxes so I managed to squeeze myself in a bit further. We see a #ps2 hdd for de usage, some #laseractive games (next to another #vectrex) and a MegaJet in box... I did not dare ask for the prices. #megadrive #playstation

This week's game is Strahl (aka Triad Stone), an interactive movie about a guy's journey to become king and change the world. This one's far more forgiving than other games like it and you get a lot of chances to change the story (48 endings!), so it's quite a pleasant ride:

Years ago, I gave away a van full of #Laserdiscs because, I too, inherited a large #LD collection. So I kept all the #disney, #anime, & my favorite LD films. So after all these years, I needed to upgrade storage for my small but always slowly growing ld collection. Now I can keep all of my film ld, #laseractive games, #snk #Capcom #videogame strategy lds, & the big collector boxes in one place. Repurpose #vinyl #records storage for LDs.

The LED on the PAC would jot turn on and I never got the on-screen menu. Following @[email protected]'s advice, I cleaned the contacts on the back of the PAC and the legs of the socketed IC with deoxit gold (and I also reflowed all the solder points of the other ICs) and now the LED will light up and I also get the on-screen menu. All good. #laseractive #karaoke
