Gaming group finished their third #LancerRPG battle last night, destroying a missile platform.
My 1 HP mech lasted precisely one round, charging an enemy grunt who tried to flank us and missing every attack, before getting wrecked.
The next round, my pilot jumped out of my mech's shattered cockpit onto the enemy mech and gutted the enemy pilot. Who said jockeying was a bad idea?!
I look forward to the next mission, where I will no longer be piloting a pile of scrap held together by duct tape.

This one took a couple of months to finish. I don't think I've ever tried something this detailed, with so much going on in the background! (I'm bad at drawing environments.)

My gaming group just finished another battle in the mech-piloting TTRPG Lancer.
We successfully escorted a bus full of civilians through hostile territory with only minimal damage!
(The damage was me shooting through the bus with a thermal lance to destroy a pair of enemy mechs on either side of it, but no-one was actually killed*, so...no harm, no foul?)
*Except the poor sods piloting the enemy mechs, obviously.

Last night I learned that attacking my enemies with knives while ignoring the fact that I'm on fire isn't great tactics in a mech combat game.
It's time for #LancerRPG. Lancer, the Mech RPG! Half of an LL4 CAM-DELTA have landed on the verdant planet of Porthos, now the other half need to catch up!
