RIP Rachel Cooper

Professor Cooper set up Imagination Lancaster, which transformed design education at Lancaster University, was a dynamic powerhouse in the world of design education & perhaps most importantly was a thoroughly lovely person.

While never working with her closely, she & I often crossed paths when I was in mid-management at LU, and she remained one of the few academics for whom I had an unalloyed respect.

A very sad loss to cancer.
