My college entered a team for the YWCA Race Against Racism 5K: 19 people in total. These 3 walked from campus to the race with me, and it was a first 5K for 2 of them. I set a new PB in the process, from 24:48 to 24:18. About 3K people in total! #running #lancaster

Fucking bin men have done it again.
Left our bin in front of next door's driveway,on the opposite side of the building to us.

We live in the left side of a semi, with the door on the left, and they leave the bin in the middle of the driveway to the right of the right side.
