The Fun Wheel is Lamplight Lounge’s iconic secret menu cocktail with layered pineapple juice passion fruit vodka and blue curaçao spirits. Priced around $18.75 it remains a Cove Bar classic. Other legacy drinks include the Sea Witch Earthquake Neverland Tea and Black Pearl.
Lamplight Chilaquiles feature house made chips in a three chile red sauce topped with sunny side eggs melted cheese queso fresco avocado onions pepitas and cilantro serrano crema. A bold brunch favorite at $24.00 served Friday to Sunday.
A fluffy egg white omelet filled with smoked salmon dill cream cheese and avocado. Topped with crispy capers and served with a Green Goddess salad and breakfast potatoes. Around $23.00 and a standout of Lamplight Lounge brunch.
Lamplight Lounge – Boardwalk Dining is the outdoor upstairs patio overlooking Pixar Pier. It serves shareable bites like Lobster Nachos ($26.00), Spotlight Nachos ($25.00), and Angus Sliders ($22.00), plus themed cocktails such as the Scream Canister ($19.00). Reservations began in 2025, and a to‑go bar lets guests grab drinks for the pier.
The Lobster Nachos at Lamplight Lounge originated at the Cove Bar and remain one of DCA’s most iconic dishes. Made with house‑made chips, butter‑poached lobster, lobster cheese sauce, pico, serranos, and crema, they are now served only at Boardwalk Dining via the walk‑up list. Priced around $26, with steak, chicken, and vegetarian versions available.
