The Salmon PLT was one of my favorite dishes ever at the Disneyland Resort. Grilled salmon, crispy pancetta, roasted tomatoes, romaine, and lemon bacon aioli on toasted focaccia. It is gone now, but the Little Gem Salmon Salad captures similar flavors. Disney, bring this back.
