I’ve deactivated my #Twitter (#x) for a while.

Think I need to break the cycle of checking in there all the time and feeling the need to keep up with everything and like loads of stuff and then the right thing to finish off liking before I log off?!
Not really helping lol.

Day 3 of being back on meds + the #lamotrigine (#Lamictal) random muscule twitches are back Whoo 🙌🏻
Ironic it’s an anticonvulsant for epileptics when it makes me twitch 😅

Started #duloxetine (#Cymbalta for north Americans lol) today for the 1st time.

Hoping combined with starting + actually taking #Lamotrigine (#Lamictal - mood stabiliser) that it will help my mood.

I’ve been off meds for months so makes sense to start the new #antidepressants now (originally was moving from #sertraline aka #Zoloft but haven’t taken it in ages lol) so might as well give it a go.

Hoping for stability + renewed resilience/positivity but maybe a miracle ask 😂 #mentalhealth
